General Rules:

  • Treat the space, furniture, props and everything else with respect

  • Do not drag furniture across the floor as it may damage the floor

  • If props or furniture is re-arranged, all items must be returned back into original layout

  • If studio is left messy and furniture is not returned to appropriate area, you will incur a cost of $100

    Damages:

  • Any furniture or prop that is found broken, stained or ripped during the time of your booking, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item.

  • If you require loading/unloading before or after the booking, you must do this in your own booking time.

  • A 5 minute grace period is allowed after your booking session, any overtime will be charged $30 per 15 minutes.

    Scheduling:

  • All studio hire is paid in full when booked

  • If you require set up or clean up time please account for or else you'll be charged.

    CANCELLATION POLICY & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

  • Rescheduling can be done 48hrs prior to original booking.

  • Studio credit from rescheduling will be available for your rebooking within 30 days from your original booking date.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time.

  • Cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours of your booking will not receive a refund or reschedule option.
